As a property management office, BlueMoments manages up to 80 keys on the island of Lefkada. We are looking to hire a Concierge to join our team. 
Job Description:  We are looking for a Concierge to provide high-quality hospitality services to our guests. The ideal candidate will ensure that visitors enjoy a unique experience by offering personalized information, handling reservations, and recommending activities. 
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist guests with professionalism and courtesy
 • Provide information about Lefkada island, activities, excursions, and restaurants
 • Manage bookings (transportation, restaurants, activities, spa, etc.)
• Handle special guest requests and provide personalized services 
• Coordinate with other departments or external partners to ensure a seamless guest experience 
• Address and resolve any issues or complaints efficiently and professionally  Required Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Concierge, Front Office Receptionist, or in hospitality industry
 • Excellent communication in English and Greek (additional languages are a plus)
 • Knowledge of the local market, restaurants, attractions, and activities
 • Strong communication and organizational skills 
• Ability to manage multiple requests with professionalism 
• Friendly personality with a customer-centric approach
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and reservation systems 
• Driving License and vehicle We offer
